The PARADISE location is the heart of the winery. The family owns 9.5 hectares of area here. In the south-western section, which is up to 52 percent steep, Riesling grows on porous limestone. The vineyard area is planted with vines up to 40 years old. The winery's Burgundy grape varieties thrive below the stone wall, which is visible from afar. The vines in this area are up to 25 years old.

The Paradies wines are pure and noble with mineral acidity and a complex, yet delicate texture.

The parcel IM HONIGBERG is located in the upper exposed section of the site. Here the soil is somewhat barren and the microclimate is somewhat cooler. This rich essence of paradise comes from 30-year-old vines rooted deep in the shell limestone.
