PARADIES is the heart of the estate. The family owns 9.5 hectares of walled parcels. Riesling grows here in porous shell limestone on a vineyard that reaches up to 52 degrees of gradient and faces partially to the southwest. Many of the vines in this subsection are up to 45 years old.
Pinot-family vines thrive in the space below the stone walls, which are a highly visible landmark. The vines there are up to 25 years old.
Paradies wines feature clear fruit, refined elegance through their mineral acidity, and a complex, nuanced texture.
