Our Burgundy cuvée of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay captivates with a delicate melt and yet a stable acid structure. Not an obtrusive powerhouse, but a wine with discreet opulence and length. A delicate roasted aroma and a gentle creaminess accompanied by aromas of ripe pear and light brioche notes characterize this wine.

Below the widely visible stone wall with the family's lettering, around the Paradies vineyard, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay vines grow for this powerful cuvée.
